Dr. Leanna Brewer is the beloved founder and CEO of SPARK Worldwide, and the co-founder of both OpenDoor Church and The OpenDoor Food Bank. Her life is a testimony of compassion in action, driven by a deep love for people and an unwavering faith in God’s call to serve the least of these.

For more than three decades, Dr. Brewer has been a voice for the voiceless and a mother to the forgotten. She has helped feed untold numbers of people across the globe and provided safe homes for thousands of orphans. Her mission has taken her to over many nations, where she has dug water wells, shared the hope of the gospel, and faithfully lived out the heart of SPARK—Serve, Protect, And Raise Kids.

At OpenDoor Church, she serves as the Co-Senior Pastor alongside her husband and best friend, Pastor Troy Brewer. Together, they have created ministries that not only meet practical needs but also offer spiritual healing and restoration.

Dr. Brewer is a gifted author of eight books and a passionate teacher of God’s Word. But among her most treasured titles are “Mom” and “JaaJaa”—she is the proud mother of four children and “JaaJaa” to her eight beautiful grandchildren.
